Solution Engineer - MDM / WLAN / Barcode (m/f/d)

Our customers can use services such as on-site technicians, help desk hotline or our own repair center.

The sales and service technician network of Us extends across Germany and allows to respond quickly to customer requests and provide the best possible service. You are responsible for the support and further development of our customers' MDM environments, focusing on Soti Mobicontrol. You configure mobile devices such as handhelds or printers and ensure seamless integration into existing IT infrastructures. You independently plan and coordinate mass rollouts of devices and help the team as a technical contact. As a technical expert, you advise our customers on the implementation of barcode projects and develop customised printing and scanning solutions. You carry out WLAN analyses and plans to ensure optimal network coverage and support in ensuring IT security.

You have a completed training in the field of IT or electronics or bring a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in mobile device management (MDM), in IT security or in WLAN administration. You are characterized by a pronounced customer orientation, technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. You are convinced by your own initiative and communication strength and enjoy working proactively on new topics. For smooth communication with our customers you speak fluent German.
