Construction Manager Tenant Fit-out - Interior Fittings / Building Services (m/f/d)

You monitor the execution of the projects in accordance with the documents approved for execution (building permit and others), the construction contract and the generally accepted rules of the technology and the relevant regulations You will check the tender documents as well as the documentation for completeness, quality and construction You co-ordinate and guide all construction works on site, including cost control (e.g. KG300-700) You carry out quality management during the execution phase, taking into account the dates, costs and quality of the construction projects, as well as protocol management You take off services and deliveries and control the scale of the exporting companies for all trades You check the factory and revision planning as well as documentation and support in contract management (KG300-700)

You have a completed degree in civil engineering or architecture – alternatively a craft training with corresponding training and professional experience You bring at least 3 years of professional practice in project execution in commercial office interior construction with in Germany, experience in retail, gastronomy and laboratories are a plus You have very good MS Office skills and experience in handling modern SW tools, such as Procore, ASTA Powerproject would be beneficial You have knowledge of costing, construction time planning, coordination of TGA structures, as well as follow-up management You work in a structured and safe way You think and trade in solution-oriented and master German and English in word and writing (min. B2)
