The Schön Klinik Bad Staffelstein specializes in psychosomatics, orthopedics and neurology. Treat with 330 beds approx. 580 employees more than 4,500 patients annually. Advice & support: You support employees and executives and advise proactively in all personnel-relevant and labour-law issues – with a focus on local topics that create significant added value for our employees. Recruiting & Contracts: You control the application management, accompany executives in decision-making processes and create work contracts, contract changes and the corresponding correspondence – supported by digital document management. Operational personnel processes: You are responsible for the operational and administrative personnel work, from setting to onboarding to exiting, and carry out the operational integration management in a timely and complete manner. Interface & System Work: HR Service Delivery (based on ServiceNow) provides the central entry point for our employees in personal matters. Operational personnel work is supported by the digital personnel file and the service plan system. The fee is billed in close cooperation with the Shared Service Center. Collaboration & Exchange: You participate in HR projects, regularly participate in cross-site virtual HR all-hands and work closely with the central areas of talent & learning, working time management and, if necessary, labour law.

You have completed their studies, ideally with a focus on staff, or a commercial training with many years of relevant professional experience in comparable functions. A further training to the personal businessman or to the personal businesswoman (IHK) is advantageous. You bring professional experience from a medium-sized and owner-operated environment; Experience and knowledge in healthcare are desirable. You have solid knowledge of working and operating constitutional law and have experience in working within a process organization with a high degree of standardization. You have extensive knowledge of personnel handling. Their working style is pragmatic, service-oriented and precise. You are characterized by a pronounced “can-do” mentality and an open, solution-oriented and powerful communication style. The secure handling of the current MS Office applications as well as the SAP HR module completes your profile.
