Sachbearbeiter Mieterberatung bei TOP Unternehmen (m/w/d)

Your duties as a specialist in the tenant care:

• settlement of commercial transactions from the justification to the termination of leases
• Supporting the specialist departments in the implementation of reconstruction, new construction, modernization and repair measures (movement support)
• Planning and performing appointments (e.g. housing advances, removals and transfers according to the applicable rental contracts)
• issuing orders (e.g. for maintenance)
• Ensuring proper and customer-oriented object management of the administrative units
• Monitoring the actual and planned values according to the customer center budget
• Ensuring optimal management results
• General correspondence with tenants, interested parties, contractual partners and public institutions

Your knowledge and skills:

(m/w/d) and/or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in the administration and rental of real estate
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
• Self-employed, communicative and reliable operation
• Team skills and responsibility
