In cooperation with the relevant expansion area management, you take over the further development and optimization of our existing property and rental properties in your own area of responsibility They negotiate and optimise independently all economically and legally relevant contractual contents They are responsible for and initiate reconstruction, extension and re-use measures and control them in interdisciplinary planning and implementation With location potential analyses based on defined key figures and forecasting, you contribute to the value increase of the property and the success of the company Tracking trends and requirements for building specifications - Continuous optimization of construction planning through your experience As an inventory manager, you monitor contract periods and control the rental contracts for existing objects in terms of content You are an intern and external contact person for enquiries and voting on stock markets

Complete study in the field of project development or related studies such as economics/ construction, for example: BWL, VWL, architecture, geography, urban planning Entrepreneurial thinking and experience in expansion Knowledge in the field of real estate/ construction planning and construction regulations Experience in the negotiation of lease agreements Organisational skills, independent operation and communication strength Negotiating skills and experience in dealing with landlords, land owners, policy makers and authorities
