Berater E-Business & Payment (m/f/d)

You are part of a specialized consultancy team and advises institutional clients on all issues related to payment and liquidity management. You are responsible for consulting, technical support and the administration of payment software and portals, online banking applications as well as the card and terminal business. You carry out tests and share the technical approval for new versions of our payment systems. You initiate and tax measures for the timely clarification of customer requests and ensure their sustainable processing. The identifies optimization potentials and actively contributes to the improvement of processes and quality. You act as a technical contact:in and expert:in the field of liquidity management and electronic banking. You support the maintenance of organization policies and the analysis and implementation of system releases from a professional perspective. You actively participate in securing and expanding sales performance via electronic distribution channels.

You have a successfully completed bank professional training or a comparable qualification and have already gained first experience in customer business as well as advice on payment solutions and digital banking services. You have knowledge of cash management and ideally experience digital solutions in financial accounting, account concentration and card services – preferably in the cooperative banking environment. You have a high service orientation, affinity to digital solutions, and you are passionate about technological innovations. You convince by a sales-oriented and responsible personality as well as by a safe and communicative strong appearance – even on the phone. You work independently, structured and targeted and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Team skills, commitment and a high level of sense of responsibility complete your profile.
