You coordinate the central, personal topics in the region and ensure the implementation of HR processes (including contracts, master data, certificates) You accompany the acquisition of personnel from the tender to onboarding and implement measures in personal marketing and personnel planning in close coordination with the foundation management staff You advise executives on personal and labour law issues within the framework of clear guidelines and in cooperation with staff management You control company health management in the region You support the regional management in selected administrative and representative tasks, cooperate with the foundation management staff and actively contribute to the further development of our diaconic work

You have a degree with a focus on staff or a successfully completed commercial training with staff qualification ideally, you already have several years of professional experience as a generalist (m/w/d) with operational and advisory tasks You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner, keep an overview of their tasks and bring flexibility to changing requirements with You will enjoy contact with employees and executives and processes You maintain an open, value-estimating, confidential handling You have a basic understanding of labour law and the willingness to deepen it You are safe in handling MS Office, bringing the willingness to learn to work in specialist software You identify with our diaconic values
