You accompany the technical and organizational structure of the lighting system and operating service center. Together with a partner, you are responsible for a 12-member team of operators. You plan the layers and operations of the operators of the control room of the regional traffic center. You train and operate the systems used in the control room. You deal with basic and individual questions related to the tunnel control center NRW, which is the light-signalling plant and service center. You develop processes and procedures for the control room.

The regional transport centre is responsible, among other things, for monitoring the technical equipment of tunnels and other technical installations to ensure the traffic and operating procedures. As an operational manager (m/w/d) control room, in the ''Transport Control & Operating'' unit, you are responsible for the permanent monitoring of all connected systems and organize the team of operators.
