Your tasks: Ensuring the project success of the assigned TK Rollout projects by controlling and monitoring the construction and acceptance processes incl. Monitoring the use of cost-effective techniques, materials and time-saving workflows Coordination and monitoring of contractors in relation to budget, order, contract and regulatory compliance, as well as compliance with the BauSTE, railway specific issues, parameterization and acceptance services, dates and internal process specifications Executing the technical and commercial execution of projects in the Group systems (SAP, iTWO, etc.), as well as the maintenance of project management instruments Developing and updating regional time and migration plans and coordination with the overall project management Participation in the preparation of tender documents, performance agreements and supplier contracts, central budget planning and management, in the preparation of tenders, contracts, checks on calculations, in coordination with the EBA and other authorities Participation in the assignment, release and acceptance of planning, construction and delivery services, transfer of completed measures, claim management, target-actual comparisons, reporting, risk management and counter-control measures, commercial processes and documentation including post-calculation Participation in the preparation and monitoring of acceptances by the EBA, coordination and monitoring of the production of inventory documentation and transfer to the plant managers
