Full-time or part-time payroll accountant (m/f/d)

We're looking for someone who looks the same. End-to-end, end-to-end, and drive digitalization – from cloud-based DATEV solutions to digital personal files to automation of recurring processes. You are an interface to Mandant: inside, authorities and internal teams, coordinate projects autonomously and ensure that Payroll is not only correct, but also efficient and sustainable.

You are responsible for your mandates in the payroll team and are a reliable contact person for all questions relating to the ongoing wage accounting. You will also actively accompany our digitalization and DATEV topics: You will participate in migration in DATEV cloud solutions, bring your ideas into play and take responsibility for projects from the outset – for example when introducing digital personal files, net wage optimization or support for clients: in dealing with their HR tools. In doing so, you control tasks, coordinate participants and make sure that the topics progress cleanly. You think beyond the wages and support selected mandates in financial accounting, if necessary, so that wage and fiscal processes play well together. You have the pleasure of making processes better: you support internal and external process optimization in payroll accounting, question the status quo and implement improvements pragmatically. You take the correspondence with authorities, offices and health insurance companies and you are also a contact person in the preparation and execution of audits. You are also the internal interface to our external pay partner. You coordinate enquiries, accompany the cooperation and make sure that the processes at this interface work smoothly.

You have a completed training as a tax specialist:r or a further education (e.g. as a specialist assistant: in wages and salary, paybook holder:in or comparable) and ideally bring practical experience in the pay bill. In the right to pay tax and social security, you feel safe enough to edit and clean themes. You also have basic knowledge of financial accounting and find it exciting to consider wages and FiBu as two sides of the same coin – not as an additional building site. With DATEV LODAS you know yourself or you work quickly. At the same time, you want cloud-based solutions and new tools to bring the necessary openness. You have the pleasure of taking responsibility, coordinating projects and promoting things actively. You work independently, solution-oriented and at a good pace, recognize relationships, think with and bring your ideas proactively. You will receive an indefinite holiday in full or part-time with 30 days holiday (5-day week) – plus Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and Rosenmonday above.
