Close cooperation with the management in the strategic and operational management of the private clinic Ensuring excellent clinic operation with focus on quality, economics and patient satisfaction Guidance and further development of all departments of the clinic Technical and disciplinary management of the clinic Responsibility for budget planning, cost and liquidity control Analysis and optimization of internal processes, including digitization and automation Close cooperation with mother holding and sister clinics Planning and implementation of marketing and sales activities in cooperation with the marketing team Strengthening and Maintenance of Employee Relations and Regional Networks Promoting a positive, value-adding work culture and employee development

Complete study in the field of health management, business management, medical management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading position in the clinic or healthcare sector
