Referent (w|m|d) ADAC Clubmobil Stationsnetz

As a speaker (w|m|d) of the ADAC Clubmobil station network, you are responsible for a nationwide network of stations, partners and operational processes. You develop the station network strategically, secure efficient operation and support a support team that contributes significantly to ADAC's service quality and brand perception. You assume the overall responsibility for the nationwide station network of landlord partners with a focus on landlord and fleet processes as well as service quality. In addition, you will ensure smooth operation in all stations. As part of your activity, you coach, develop and tax the station employees as well as the managing directors or Managers on the basis of uniform objectives and SLAs. You are also responsible for sales, costs and quality indicators (OKR & KPI). In addition, you work closely with other ADAC indoor and outdoor services and act as a central interface. In addition, you initiate and implement digitization and automation measures.

You have a successfully completed degree in business, a different economics field or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have several years of experience in building and managing networks – ideally in the automotive or car rental field.
