Your tasks:

• Allow a regulated and sinner-filled daily routine
• Renewing self-confidence and a sense of life on the offer of employment in the creative workshop
• Instruction of a group of 8 - 12 employees as part of daily structural measures of housing emergency assistance and the job centre
• In the accompaniment of the employees jointly discover and promote their skills, work on difficulties concretely and practically
• Creative selection and offer of simple and complex artistic and craft activities for participants
• Group offers and individual discussions with employees to promote them optimally

• An attractive monthly remuneration in pay group E 5 to E 7 (depending on qualification) according to AVR-WÃ1⁄4rttemberg (analog TVöD) with special annual payment and premium
