In Autumn 2025, we are opening a housing and care concept for people with disabilities who do not need intensive care, but need comprehensive support in everyday life.

With the community of integration aid, we offer up to 5 full-year residents, including support in all areas of life.

In the work of our nursing and educational competence teams, the focus is on enabling social participation and promoting a self-determined and self-determined life of each individual!

To ensure this in the field of care, we are looking for you, dear Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)!

Your tasks:

• Professional care for people with disabilities according to individual care needs
• Detection and targeted support of the individual resources and abilities of residents
• Instruction and technical assistance of support staff
• Close cooperation with relatives, supervisors, doctors
• Careful documentation of all relevant nursing measures
• Participation in the further development of our concepts

Your qualification:

• Ideally experience in work with people with disabilities
• A lot of heart and passion for nursing
