What awaits you in your new position Do you want to professionally, structured and responsible in the B2B environment – with clear processes, close exchange with legal and external partners and lots of communication? Then become part of our legal insourcing setup and shape the next step with us: the operational implementation with a new tool that is just before the go-live. Independent support of debt collection customers (B2B) and processing of mandates along defined processes Management with debtors and/or customers incl. Solution finding (e.g. payment agreements) Responsible management of debtor correspondences and negotiations Moderation and coordination between debtors, external partners (including lawyers) and our customers Communication of possible risks and clean documentation of case development Guilder correspondence to the supervision of judicial processes in cooperation with our Legal Team and external lawyers

What makes you Training as a lawyer:r (ideal pre-qualification) or experience in a legal/regulatory environment Experience in the B2B debt collection, receivable management, claims/collections or in a comparable role Very good knowledge of German (C1/C2) – as you only deal with German customers and cases Good knowledge of English, especially in writing (min.
