Business Architect for LEAN and Logistics (m/w/d)

You are part of the LEAN and Logistics Digitalization team and initiate group-wide projects for seamless integration of digital LEAN logistics solutions into relevant IT systems of the Group – focusing on holistic process optimization and continuous data flows. You will set up concepts for optimizing business processes, organizational structures and IT landscapes to support strategic corporate goals. You act as an interface between specialist departments, IT and management to sustainably implement digital transformation processes and innovations in the areas of LEAN and logistics. You define the necessary properties and interfaces of LEAN and logistics solutions to ensure consistent data flows and accompany the respective Product Owner. You advise the management on developments, opportunities and risks in the areas of LEAN and Logistics in terms of technology and work closely with internal departments, project teams and external partners (software providers, research institutions, etc.).

You have experience in managing projects & workshops. You have ideally experience in the construction industry. You have good communication and presentation skills in German and English (word and writing). You have a pronounced intercultural understanding. You have experience in working with relevant software solutions (development, implementation, operation).
