Timely settlement of construction measures in the road transport sector in close cooperation with the responsible construction management Measuring at the construction site and performing measurement work Examination of the services and invoices of the subcontractors and suppliers Implementation of the performance reports of the construction sites in positions of the performance directory Creation of regular reference-actual comparisons of costs and services as well as ongoing updating of the work cost as a reference basis Compilation of the claim bases for the follow-up calculation

Complete training as a construction engineer or survey engineer or comparable training and qualification Good knowledge of road transport Good knowledge of general (MS-Office) and industry-specific EDV applications (ARRIBA/iTWO) Good knowledge of construction-specific contracts, laws and regulations (VOB, BGB) Self-employed, committed, systematic and self-responsible operation in office and construction site use Embossed communication and team skills Travel readiness / driving licence Kl.
