Experience in commerce, e.g. as a merchant in retail trade (m/w/d), seller:in, customer advisor:in or in the trade, e.g. as a gardener:in, Baumschulgärtner:in, florist:in, Garten-/Landschaftsbauer:in or as a cross-entry:in from another industry Knowledge in one of the ranges Beet & Balcony, Staude, Baumschule, Zimmerpflanze or experiences as hobby gardener:in Joy in direct contact with customers: the sale of our products as well as communication strength and solution orientation Organisational capacity, e.g. for independent prioritization and structuring of the daily business Openness for dealing with digital tools and goods management systems
