Support and advice of our national and international existing customers on the phone and by email Processing of customer requests Shipment of patterns Creation of individual offers and their tracking Participation in freight negotiations with logistics service providers Creation of all order-related MRPs and export documents settlement of the export duty procedure Data management and complaint processing Use and maintenance of the goods management system Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates Management of customer-specific conditions and customer data General BackOffice Activities

Completed commercial vocational training Multiannual professional experience in the sales service (requestable)/export of advantage Knowledge of Intrastat applications and LLE desirable A friendly, customer- and service-oriented appearance, high initiative and self-organization Communication strength, negotiation skills and joy in active customer communication Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office programs Reliability, flexibility and team capability
