You enter and develop our SAP solutions in the modules MM (material industry) and SD (distribution) – in close cooperation with our specialist areas, key users and IT partners. Analyze and eliminate disruptions and problems during ongoing operation – both in SAP MM/SD and interfaces to other modules and subsystems. You coordinate our in- and external support incl. Escalation management and quality assurance. You carry out training and support your colleagues in the daily business when using our SAP ERP system. You're planning the technical and technical documentation of our business processes and system applications. You actively contribute to our IT projects – from request analysis to implementation and documentation.
