The job is to be taken part-time (45%).

Your duties

• Access or Access control and running a digital attendance list
• Management of visitor IDs and keys
• Consumption of calls and organization of mail
• Implementation of control procedures
• Monitoring of objects and support in object protection
• Special tasks such as e.g. support in the maintenance of outdoor facilities and winter service

Your profile

• Ideal professional experience in the gardening sector
• readiness for flexible work in the rolling service plan weekly changing services (6:30am to 12:30pm, afternoon) 11:30–17:30, Representation)
• Good PC knowledge
• Reliable, punctual and careful operation
• Friendly appearance
• Good knowledge of the German language
