Who are we?

For 35 years on the market and over 300 employees, we are now one of the renowned addresses for qualified personnel throughout the North German area. We are constantly growing and are therefore always looking for new team members who actively support us with humor and a creative mind.

Our external employee base consists of qualified employees and skilled workers from the crafts, chemistry and industry, such as shipbuilding, mechanical and plant engineering, steel and metal construction, as well as the sanitary, heating, and electrical industries. Of course, all this does not work without commercial know-how, so our portfolio also includes exciting activities in the commercial sector.

• General metalworking: saws, drilling, grinding, flexing and deburring of components
• Work according to plan: Self-working according to technical drawings, sketches and piece lists
• Montage: Construction of assemblies and constructions (preassembly and final assembly)
• Combination technology: Screwing, riveting and, if necessary, Simple welding work
• Quality controls: Implementation of measurements and quality controls of the finished parts.
• Condition: Support for maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment

What do you bring?

Our ideal candidate or candidate brings experience as Schlosser (m/w/d) and places value on self-employment and care at work.

• completed vocational training in the metal sector or relevant professional experience
• Class B driving licence would be desirable
• Safe handling of common tools and machines
• Teamability, physical loadability and an independent and precise operation
