The area of residential adults includes around 600 employees and accompanies over 600 people – including about 480 in the stationary and 140 in the outpatient area. The body shall be filled in full time and indefinitely.

Management, organisation and overall responsibility for the professional, human, organisational and economic management of the area. Further development and stabilisation of existing structures and implementation of strategic objectives in the context of a future-oriented realignment. Conceptual development of the area of living adults. Participation in the implementation of the requirements of the Bundesteilhabegesetz (BTHG) and active support of corresponding change processes. Constructive cooperation with the counties and cost-beneficiaries in the further development and coordination of performance and remuneration structures. Ensure the care and quality standards and compliance with legal requirements. Representation of the Housing area Adults within and outside the Foundation in coordination with the management. Cooperative and constructive networking with bodies, partners and the public. Active implementation of our mission statement with a high degree of initiative and implementation strength.

A successfully completed study in the field of social economy, social education, social management or comparable studies. Impressed leadership skills with well-founded knowledge in personnel and organizational development and a sound business understanding. Multiannual, relevant professional and management experience in a comparable position – ideally in the field of integration assistance or participation for people with disabilities. Strategic and conceptual thinking combined with implementation strength, negotiation skills and a solution-oriented, powerful working style. High social competence, negotiation skills and value-assured leadership. Teamability, flexibility, resilience and enthusiasm for the further development of structures and people. Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and identification with the goals and values of the St. Elisabeth Foundation. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
