Senior HR Controller (m/f/d)

As Senior HR Controller (m/w/d), you are responsible for the management-relevant economic consideration of personnel costs and HR-related budgets as part of the Controlling department. Through transparent planning, forecasts and well-founded target-actual analyses, you create a resilient basis for decision-making for management and HR. In this role, you act as a data-driven savings-ring partner for HR and leadership level, focusing on financial impacts of personnel decisions, cost developments and scenario analyses. Main tasks: Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts and reporting in the area of personnel costs performing and commenting of desired-actual deviation analyses incl. derivation of control pulses Development of scenarios and economic considerations (e.g. staff building/degrading, tariff developments, restructuring) Sparring Partners for HR and Management in Financial Issues Ensuring the integration of HR costs into overall enterprise planning Translation of HR measures into financial effects and KPIs for corporate management Processing of periodic standard and ad hoc reports for management (GF), departments and corporate mother Participation in the framework of the annual financial statements and audits and supervisory audits in cooperation with the Group, Finance and Auditor Participation in interdisciplinary HR projects and in the further development of HR IT systems

You have a degree in economics with a focus on finance/informatics/controlling or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in the controlling environment and have already worked with planning and forecasting processes, budget management and cost accounting You have fun in the new development of methods and processes (e.g. the construction and further development of personal control systems) and in launching new reports for various applications in the company You have a strong interface management and you act as a connecting element between HR, Finance and disciplines by targeting, tuning and converting requirements into sound, data-based solutions You have friends to act as an internal contact person for technical questions about HR Controlling and work very closely with the HR area and the operating areas as well as the different management levels. You have pronounced analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking and have a high affinity for complex data structures Your knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as your safe handling of Excel, Access and Power Point as well as initial knowledge of SQL and BI Tools complete your profile
