IT Administrator for IdM, DMS and Workflows full-time (m/f/d)

The data center of the Technical University of Augsburg is the central IT service provider of the High School; it is divided into three teams (central servers and services, service and terminals, infrastructure). We are looking for an IT administrator (w/m/d) for the areas IdM (Identity Management), DMS and digital workflows for the numerous tasks to be handled. For the first time, this location is located directly at the department management and is later integrated into the Central Server and Services team. Support of the current IdM system, incl. Analysis of the system, migration of subareas to standard software, preparation of a call for new implementation of the IdM core area, support of new implementation (external award) and migration to the new IdM System responsibility for the DMS (d.velop), incl. Migration of the processes depicted in the workflow engine and, where appropriate, Preparation of the system for support by an external service provider Administration, operation and further development of the central IT infrastructure of the university Working with the planning, introduction and operation of new IT systems and IT services Documentation of systems, processes and configurations Cooperation in high-school IT projects and cooperation with other institutions of the university Implementation of IT security measures Working in the field of interfaces to other systems Perspective tasks in the field of AI

Successfully completed study of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications (alternatively, a cross-entry with corresponding experience is also possible) Experience in various IT areas as well as sound expertise in: OpenSource operating systems and services Process digitization Programming/scripting Databases IT security
