Completed commercial or technical studies, preferably in industrial engineering, civil engineering or a comparable field Proven leadership experience as well as motivation to gradually assume leadership responsibility Professional experience in rebate and claim management Funded knowledge of the procurement process as an end-to-end process and a strong understanding of economic and legal relationships Legal and accounting basic knowledge is advantageous readiness for continuous training – in particular in the areas of leadership, procurement law and claim management Secure handling of MS Office as well as experience in the SAP environment are required Knowledge of AVA software (RIB iTWO) are mandatory Excellent written and oral expressiveness and professional and binding occurrence High levels of communication and negotiation, enforcement and persuasiveness Self-employed, structured and precise working methods combined with reliability, team skills and social competence willingness to act independently and take responsibility for one's own tasks.
