Senior Consultant Banking (m/f/d)

Your tasks Special responsibility: You take on the technical responsibility in projects of general banking control, reporting, risk management or other central banking processes and actively shape their further development. Analysis & Conception: You analyze complex business processes and regulatory requirements, guide action fields and develop sustainable technical and implementation concepts - in close coordination with the departments and IT. Project Management: You plan and tax (part-)projects in the banking environment, take responsibility for dates, budget and quality, and conduct interdisciplinary teams to succeed. Stakeholder Management: You take the interface function between department and IT, moderate workshops, coordinate requirements and ensure that goals and results are consistent with customer and project requirements. Quality & implementation: You accompany the implementation of professional requirements, design tests, coordinate decreases and support the introduction of new solutions in the field. Consulting & customer development: You advise customers on the further development of their technical and technical process landscape, support strategies, tenders and presentations and actively contribute their own ideas to the design of the offer. Team & Mentoring: You support younger colleagues in the project and promote their development through coaching and knowledge transfer.

That's what you bring Completed study of economics, economic informatics or a comparable degree programme. At least 3-5 years of professional experience in projects in the banking environment, ideally focusing on business analysis, process management or overall banking control. Found experience in the acceptance, analysis and modeling of business requirements as well as in the design and implementation of IT-based specialist processes. Method security in project management (classical and agile) - certifications such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or Scrum are of advantage. Experience in managing (partial) projects as well as in stakeholder and requirement management. High analytical competence, structured functioning and pronounced communication strength at all levels. Self-employed, solution-oriented work, coupled with team skills and enthusiasm for consulting and technology. Very good knowledge of German and English.
