The full-time office is first terminated for one year. In the presence of personal qualifications, the job is rated with the EG 9a TVöD. The work: This work is all about craftsmanship quality and versatile woodwork. We are contact persons for schools, daycare centers, firefighters and other urban offices when it comes to tailor-made solutions. Our team covers the entire range from individual construction tablework to creative furniture construction. The tasks are customer consulting, development, execution & furniture construction, repair & maintenance

Conduct and answer the entire team of your work – from production to work preparation to assembly. This includes permanent employees, trainees and participants. You report directly to the Head of Division You take over the acquisition of orders and professional advice from our customers. You plan with CAD for possible presentation at the customer and as a direct precursor for production, create costings and offers according to economic aspects. After order acceptance, You plan and control the entire production and assembly up to delivery. These include capacity and personnel deployment planning, monitoring production processes and ensuring delivery dates and quality of work results. You create scales and costly invoices in close coordination with other disciplines. You monitor stocks, tools and machines and ensure that You comply with the safety requirements. You support your employees: performing annual employee talks, identifying and organizing possible/required trainings. You are responsible for training in the profession of carpenter*in according to the training framework plan. You support the recruiting process and help attract new professionals for your work. You support and support not only the permanent employees, but also play a responsible role in the care and guidance of participants – for example in vocational education, training or integration programmes.
