Construction Manager Crossing Structures Drilling / Pressing Process (a*)

You play an active role in the planning and construction of railway crossings, structures and open and closed water crossings (HDD/Microtunneling) mainly in the Hamburg city area. In the tenders for the planning, construction and delivery services, you support the shopping area up to the award. You will start the technical tender documents and accompany the clarification talks with the tenderers as well as the offer evaluation. After the award, you tax the services assigned to our partner companies and take them off. You are responsible for overriding the planning and construction activities. You take part project orders for our network systems in high self-responsibility in the LPH 1-8. Technical clarifications are carried out with property owners, authorities, railway operators and other management and network operators to ensure the legal protection of cable routes in cooperation with internal departments.

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering (construction/deconstruction), utility technology or a comparable field of expertise. Ideally, you have over several years of professional experience in the execution and construction site management of civil engineering projects or comparable projects in the HOAI performance phases 1 to 8. In your previous career, you had the opportunity to gain knowledge in the construction management of executive construction companies and/or in the planning and construction monitoring of engineering offices. Experiences in the construction of deep construction pits, slit walls and other special depth construction, possibly also in mechanical tunnel construction, are desirable. You're well organized, you work in a targeted and thoughtful way. Embossed team and communication skills as well as high motivation and resilience characterize you. In addition, you are mobile by a class B driving licence.
