Together we develop a central platform for digitizing the E.ON network: iPEN! The Energy Networks (iPEN) information platform ensures that the data of the regional distribution network operators can be centrally bundled and made available. This platform is the foundation for the fast and flexible development of smart solutions for all activities in the energy network business and for their cost-effective roll-out in the entire network community. For an internal project position, we are looking for a Technical Product Owner Data Integration / Tech Lead Data Integration.

Your tasks

You are responsible for the architecture and continuous development of our data integration platform based on Databricks.

You guide the design, implementation and operation of data integration pipelines (extract, transform and loading of data) in cooperation with other iPEN teams and the system managers of regional distribution network operators.

You support the translation of business requirements into technical solutions.

With your technical expertise, you support the prioritization and refinement of the Product Backlog.

You work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success and technical excellence.

You support your team in the design of effective solutions, efficient implementation as well as predictable and well documented code.

Proven experience in Microsoft Azure technology stack, especially Azure Databricks. Multiannual experience in development with Python, Scala, SQL, Spark and Databricks for cloud-native solutions. Knowledge in Azure Cloud Security and Identity Management. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab). Confidence with terraform and experience with Docker & Kubernetes are of advantage. Good understanding of product management principles as well as agile and DevOps methods. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured thinking and high organizational skills.
