You will structure, plan, control and manage large-scale projects in a strategic way, from the presentation with your projector to the compilation of your project team up to the benefit tracking after project completion You are responsible for the ongoing communication with your project team, IT, other stakeholders and management bodies You present workshops and voting and regulation dates and ensure that the results are maintained. You are actively introducing well-founded project management methods into your projects and their implementation in the team You control your projects fully through the project management tool ''Planisware Enterprise'' and pay attention to the updating and quality of the project data Within the Group-wide project management community, you actively and take over tasks in the field of mentoring and coaching

You have a successful degree in the field of vocational training in the field of vocational education and training. You have an industry-created project management denomination (e.g. IPMA Level B or comparable), which demonstrates both your efficient methodological knowledge and your comprehensive practical experience. You have long­term pro­vid­sibility in the management of large, strategically­released and complex group projects within the financial services sector (banks, insurance companies, fund/capital management companies) Business thinking, expressed customer orientation (CX) and a high degree of awareness shape your way of work You convince with outstanding capabilities in the fields of organization, conflict management and communication at all levels of the local economy.
