In order to strengthen our value determination department, we are looking for a qualified

Your main tasks: Own-sponsored compilation of loan value determinations according to BelWertV and transport value determinations based on § 194 BauGB Plausibility and quality assurance of valuations in compliance with statutory and internal requirements Execution of object visits including photo documentation and preparation of inspection logs Control of external service providers in the evaluation process as well as testing and plausibility of external and internal expert opinions Technical support and consulting of market and market follow-up units as internal service providers Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the evaluation process

Your profile: (m/w/d) and/or economics studies or comparable qualifications Finded knowledge of real estate valuation, ideally with practical experience in loan valuations according to BelWertV Compulsory: recognised expert certification (e.g. HypZert, DIAZert or comparable) Structured, independent working with high quality standards Teamability and strong communication strength High reliability and strong schedule
