Senior Systems Engineer Industrial Documentation (m/f/d)

As part of the planning and implementation of projects, you are responsible for the following tasks: Guidance and independent implementation of the technical documentation for systems/subsystems (e.g. specifications, integration and test plans, test specifications for integration and acceptance tests, design descriptions, CE manuals) Processing of technical and logistical requests within various projects and programs Technical documentation according to IEC/IEEE 82079 New and change service to technical documentation Self-education/recognition of technical contents (in operation, operation and maintenance) on the system or with the departments and their work package managers Creation of photos for the production of technical documentation also by the customer Cooperation internally with departments responsible for project and technology and externally with contractors (project and documentation) and subcontractors Acquisition of information with selected stakeholders Coordination of employees involved in logistical sub-processes Active customer management/requirement management and support in the proactive strategic development (technical/organisatorical/technical) together with the responsible leadership on the basis of analyzed customer processes Contact person for the customer and internal departments for logistic consulting services Analysis of logistical data and processes and recognition and derivation of action recommendations Support in creating offers including all relevant internal and external stakeholders Development, introduction and documentation of new processes Maintenance and creation of a fair reporting and project progress plan

Completed studies in engineering or comparable Multiannual, relevant professional experience in dealing with technical documents (block diagrams, rack installation plans, user manuals) Long-term proven experience in the production of technical documentation Experience In commissioning, operation, maintenance as well as failure of systems desirable Ideally professional experience, for example as field application engineer or system engineer knowledge of military logistics in the army, air force, marine or an organizational area of advantage In-depth knowledge in the production of technical documentation such as industrial manuals, block diagrams, rack setup plans and user manuals Knowledge of common tools (e.g. DOORS, JIRA, Enterprise Architect) Very good German knowledge Word and Scripture Good knowledge of work planning, control and progress control and reporting Experience and skills found, clearly and well-founded to convince others and to control them Deep understanding of the causal relationships in interlocking, multilayered systems Project Management Experience (V-Modell) Determining the consequences and impact of your own work for the team/project Good analysis and design capability to optimize existing processes Excellent quality awareness and high customer and service orientation Funded skills to actively exchange information and to vote in a sustainable manner Self-confidence as well as the ability to bundle different interests and actions for joint action Experience in multi-project management and experience in the technical management of subprojects
