Together with our specialist departments, we continuously develop our digital working world. We are looking for an ERP/project manager (m/w/d), who not only manages systems, but understands processes, recognizes potential for improvement and develops innovative solutions. You accompany our employees from the first idea to the conception to the successful implementation of new ERP processes and digitalization projects. You combine business understanding with technical know-how and create solutions that make everyday work easier and more efficient.

Responsibility for the continuous development of our ERP landscape Analysis of existing business processes and identification of optimization potentials Conception and introduction of new digital business processes together with the specialist departments Independent management and implementation of ERP and digitization projects Development of practical solutions for the automation of business processes Creation of complex SQL evaluations as well as analysis and processing of enterprise data Adjustment and configuration of the ERP system according to new requirements Support for users in 1st and 2nd level support with the goal of sustainable problem solutions Coordination of external software partners and service providers Documentation and knowledge transfer within the company

You are interested in business processes and their digitalization. You think analytically and enjoy questioning processes and constantly improving them. You understand both the language of the departments and IT. SQL is a daily tool for you. You work independently, take responsibility and actively promote projects. You have fun getting changes and taking employees on this path. Remarkable: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Knowledge of ERP adaptations, workflows or script development Experience with BI, reporting or automation solutions knowledge of interfaces, APIs or data migration Understanding Business Processes in Sales, Purchasing, Logistics or Financial Accounting
