support the Learning & Development team and talent management team with administrative and conceptual tasks related to our career model and talent management. You work with the implementation and operational support of SAP SuccessFactor's talent (in particular Performance & Goals). prepare development dialogues, people conferences, workshops and meetings before and after, for example by presentations or evaluations. pflegst, check and advertise talent and runway relevant data and prepare them structured (especially with Excel). supports you in testing, optimization and further development of HR tools as well as in maintaining internal knowledge pages. as an integral part of the Learning & Development team, you have the opportunity to participate in different projects.

That's what you bring Current Bachelor Program in (Economic)Psychology or Economics / BWL, with focus on Human Resources Very good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and good knowledge in the other Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word) High affinity for digital tools and IT systems, ideally first experiences with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) in word and writing That's what characterizes you personally You are a communication talent and you can promote an open and productive atmosphere in the team.
