Your role

You will: Supporting and consulting our Account Managers in technical and clinical questions on phaco- and Vitrectomy devices as well as ophthalmological surgical microscopes

Advise and actively support customers on technical and clinical issues in their value creation workflow

demonstrating products and solutions to customers

The team at extensive project shops and trade fairs

Prepare and perform customer and employee training

cooperate in defining and implementing a future-oriented product and application approach for our ophthalmological solutions

New employees work intensively and comprehensively into the subject of phacoemulsification and vitrectomy

Planning, performing and responsible for the technical training of the team

The interface between sales, service, marketing and product management

Study or comparable training in the medical or technical field high motivation to inspire customers

High readiness for travel in the field and willingness to work irregularly

Priority area current: North Rhine-Westphalia, western Lower Saxony, western Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland

Being successful in Germany-wide external service team and supporting each other flexibly

Practical professional experience with end-customers and technical understanding, which you bring in targeted in the customer talk, advice and in the clinical field and surgery

Long-standing, specific experience in the field of phacoemulsification and vitrectomy and their training as well as support in the customer's OP

Enthusiasm to represent our products in the field of technology and application and to highlight their added value

Safe, communicative appearance in the medical environment, especially in dealing with doctors, ophthalmologists, IT managers and our sales colleagues

Transparent, independent work organization and team skills

Safe handling of MS Office software and solid English skills (Minimum Level B2)
