In your role as production manager / CNC programmer, you plan and organize our production processes and ensure that all processes work efficiently and smoothly You run our production team and support your colleagues in the daily business to ensure consistently high production quality and optimize processes and production processes. Organize and coordinate work in the following areas:Cuttering ceramic processing with diamond tools Diamond sawing, waterjet cutting and laser machining Wafer-backgrinding and wafer polishing Silicone forming and casting technology of green material bodies CAD and additive manufacturing

In cooperation with the management, you build a manufacturing area for a 5-axis CNC ultrasonic machining centre and take over the programming of the machine

You bring expertise in machining technology and/or CNC programming or are highly motivated to acquire appropriate knowledge through intensive training in a short time. An embodiment as a machining mechanic or an adjacent field is advantageous. Also, a completed technical training or, if necessary, the motivation to retrieve it in parttime. You have excellent communication skills and interest in employee management and development.
