Your everyday work includes:

• Organisation and guidance of the children's day care facility – You take over the overall management and organization of the Kita "Ploggenseering" with 229 care places and ensure a structured, reliable operation.
• Educational Responsibility and Inclusion – You actively shape the inclusive, prejudice-conscious pedagogical work in crèche, integration groups, elementary and hort and develop it conceptually.
• Personal responsibility and team culture – You are responsible for the management, deployment and development of personnel and support a valuable, trusting cooperation in the team.
• Educational and educational partnership – You encourage trusting and transparent cooperation with parents and strengthen their participation in Kita everyday.
• Public and network work – You professionally represent Kita to the outside and encourage cooperation with authorities, schools and other cooperation partners.
• Crisis and Complaint Management – You are confident, solution-oriented and professional with conflicts, crises and complaints and ensure clear clarification processes.
