Processing of orders including master data maintenance in SAP PM Creation of various repportings (maintenance monitoring, cost evaluations, monthly obligo administration) Recording and processing of user messages in the internal ticket system with the aim of a fast and customer-oriented solution Management of guarantees and warranty claims Contract management, including runtime monitoring in our internal system Technical and computational accounting and ensuring efficient cost management Collection and comparison of offers Coordination and monitoring of warranty deficiencies and management of access management Support in the planning and control of technical services Responsibility for general correspondence and appointment coordination with users and service providers Proactive participation in the optimization of existing processes and processes in facility management

Education: Completed commercial training, ideally related to real estate management or building management Experience: Practical experience in the real estate industry or building management is beneficial IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office and experience with SAP, in particular the modules PM and MM Strong & service oriented: Safe, friendly appearance with customer-oriented thinking and joy in working with different stakeholders Working method: Analytical & cost-conscious!
