Facility Manager (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a facility manager (m/w/d) at the Potsdam site in full time.

Organisation and management of all rental contracts and other object-relevant documents Planning and coordination of maintenance, repair and maintenance measures Implementation of environmentally friendly measures (e.g. energy saving, sustainable building management) Creation and control of budgets and cost management Control and monitoring of external service providers (security, garden care etc.) Management and coordination of employees (e.g. house technicians, gardeners)

Successful degree in facility management, real estate management, or training in building technology with corresponding additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in facility management, object management or as a home technician with additional qualifications in the commercial sector Multiannual leadership experience of small teams High problem solving competence as well as careful and structured working driving licence class B Safe in handling MS Office 365, knowledge of management software of advantage German language skills in word and writing
