Your future responsibility:

• Care, advice and support of clients in different social situations
• Support in addressing personal, family or professional challenges
• Creation of individual help plans and documentation of the course of care
• Cooperation with authorities, institutions, members and other network partners
• Implementation of individual discussions, consultations and group-related offers
• Promoting social integration and development of perspectives
• Organisation, coordination and further development of social pedagogical measures

This distinguishes you:

• Completed study in the field of Social work, Social education or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the social field desirable but not absolutely necessary
• Empathy, communication strength and a safe occurrence
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work
• Joy in working with people
• Teamability, loadability and organisational skills
