They design the strategic development of knowledge and skills management and ensure that our service locations are always well trained. They are the central contact person for knowledge, skills, education and training – and they derive operational and strategic needs. Through close cooperation with other departments and departments, you create synergies and increase the attractiveness of our department. They develop a thought-out concept for knowledge management via different channels and coordinate their continuous care. They plan the personnel requirements in the Workforce Management and ensure that our customer service – whether by mail or telephone – is optimally occupied. They drive forward the further development of the workforce management and are also involved in day-to-day business.

A completed training or a study in the insurance sector. Deep industry knowledge, ideally experience in stock processing. Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent way of working. A proactive attitude, enforcement strength and a clear focus on results. Team spirit and joy in taking responsibility in projects.
