Employee support of working students and interns Advising executives on recruiting, contract changes, terminations and certification Processing of all processes of employee transfer Examination and control of incoming invoices Contact persons on personal topics such as illness and holiday processing

a completed commercial vocational training, ideally for the personnel service businessman (m/w/d) first professional experience in the personnel sector desirable Knowledge with HR systems and HR applications (e.g. GPS, ATR, applicant and certificate management) very good German knowledge and basic knowledge in English
