At the Titisee-Neustadt site, 115 employees produce innovative special types of decorative papers for our international customers.

You optimize the overall processes and secondary areas of our paper machine 18 You project new installations and optimizations of existing plants and organize the implementation You organize the transfer of knowledge to the machine staff You support the standardization of production processes Eliminate waste and maximize efficiency using common lean tools detection of disturbances in the process and in installations or Sub-installations and participation and initiation of disposal

You have a degree or a further education as a technician in the field of paper production (process engineering) You have a high technical understanding and strong communication skills You know well in project management High quality and safety awareness You have basic knowledge in techniques for increasing efficiency (e.g. Kaizen, SMED) An independent and structured way of working is of course for you
