Your Work Student Centre at SVA: To strengthen our team at the Wiesbaden site, we are looking for Werkstudenten – Adoption- & Change-Management (CIT-Kommunikation) (m/w/d). The 'Central Information Technology (CIT)' Team is the central internal IT unit of SVA. It is responsible for the IT infrastructure and technical support and is the central point of contact for hard- and software topics in the daily working day of the employees. Changes in CIT, e.g. new tools, updates or processes, affect many participants and require clear, structured and targeted communication.

Insights into CIT-internal changes: Overview of ongoing changes in projects, operations and application management CIT-Kommunikation & Change-Begleitung: Support in the development and development of a uniform CIT communication and in the planning and control of communication measures across various CIT topics (e.g. rollouts, changes and updates). Target group-oriented communication: preparation of tailor-made content for different target groups such as executives, multipliers and employees. Structure & Standards: Preparing, structuring and quality assurance of communication measures as well as building and developing templates, standards and guidelines. Coordination & coordination: Close cooperation with relevant interfaces and support in building a central communication input. Care and structuring of a central communication board (Jira).

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d): ideally in a course of studies such as communication or media sciences, change management or a comparable course of study. Communication strength & Structure: You can prepare content in a clear, comprehensible and targeted manner and work in a structured and reliable manner. Organizational institution & own initiative: You keep an overview, work independently and actively contribute to building sustainable structures. IT affinity & interest in change processes: You are interested in IT-related topics, change processes and internal communication. Tool- & System Knowledge: You are safe in handling Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), first experience with collaboration tools are beneficial (e.g. Jira, Confluence, M365). Language skills: You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
