You build and promote performance marketing campaigns for our projects (Social Media, Meta, possibly other channels), initially with small test budgets You develop the Funnel Logic: from the ad to the request – where interested parties get what works, which does not You test campaign results and prepare them so that we can show them transparent to our clients You test systematically (A/B tests, target groups, creatives) and document what you learn

You study BWL, marketing, communication or something comparable You are interested in numbers and campaign analysis, not just in creativity You have a tendency to storytelling – good campaigns need not only the right target group, but also the right response First experience with performance marketing (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus, but no need – more important is analytical thinking and desire to work on you You work structured and document your results
