Strategic and operational overall responsibility for three locations in northern Germany with around 10 employees Further development of the business unit - content, human and economic Acquisition of Result Responsibility and Close Exchange with the Management of the Group Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships - you represent the company convincingly to the outside Project controlling at the top level: resources, budgets, deadlines – you keep everything in mind

Complete study of supply technology, energy/building technology, civil engineering, etc. Multiannual leadership experience - ideal in the planning environment or the technical building equipment Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic vision and decision-making confidentiality with HOAI; Knowledge of HLS (heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities) are a plus Communication and negotiation security - both internally and vis-à-vis customers and partners Travel readiness in the area of North Germany - from Hamburg to Berlin
