Number: MER0003Y8R In Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development (RD), we design the automotive generations of the future. We mean innovative products with the highest quality and efficient development processes. We are already working on vehicles that will secure the technology leadership of Mercedes-Benz in the future. In the Team Sound Exterior, Sensors & Communication, we develop sound and acoustic customer experiences and best-in-class functions. We take our motivation from the radiant eyes of our customers. Together with our partners in vehicle development, component development, software/MB.OS development, UI/UX, sales, product areas and many other specialist areas, we realize experiences, systems and products for tomorrow's vehicles. To this end, we extend our team and look for motivated students with pleasure in the realization of acoustic and cross-functional customer functions. These challenges include: Support in the control and development of sound functions in the entire vehicle Support in specification, testing and approval of functions and maturity reporting Establishment and further development of the working model of sound development Building demonstrators to portray the viable functions and support in decision-making processes Developing modern methods and methods for designing customer experiences and implementing innovations Construction and maintenance of an efficient cross-departmental partner network internally and externally Support in the presentation of customer functions

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Study programme in the field of sound, sound technology, vehicle technology, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or comparable training Knowledge of vehicle technology and project management Experience in the development of software projects Experience in the field of user interaction or comparable marked field of activity with customer focus Experience in emotional product design Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
