Project manager:in Photovoltaic tenant electricity Hamburg (m/f/d)

For our tenant power projects in the region of northern Germany we are looking for a:n project manager who is responsible for the implementation of our projects. • Together with sales and customers, you will examine new projects for technical suitability – from initial assessment to sound implementation decisions • From on-site visit to commissioning, you plan and coordinate our tenant power projects including grid connection, material procurement and construction time planning • External partners and after-contractors are taxable, you agree to take action with customers and ensure that all participants work together along the project schedule • You keep the project progress in mind at any time, solve challenges pragmatically directly at the construction site and ensure smooth implementation • For the quality of the DC and AC installation, you take responsibility, are regularly on site and carry out the final acceptance of the systems • A clean project documentation in the CRM and in our storage systems, you will also ensure the planning of maintenance and follow-up operations

Your profile • You have a good technical understanding of photovoltaic systems in the environment of multi-family houses and commercial properties and can safely assess quality, feasibility and risks • You work organized and prioritize so that you can control several projects in parallel and keep track of dependencies • You communicate clearly and addressably in German with customers: both at decision-making level and with entrepreneurs and enters into binding action • You combine enforcement strength with pragmatism without losing sight of cooperation and bringing projects forward in a solution-oriented manner even in challenges • You can read and evaluate construction time, switching and electrical plans, in particular with regard to measurement concepts and feasibility • You work structured and forward-looking, recognize risks early and actively tax against • You have a class B driving licence and are ready to regularly accompany construction sites in the region of North Germany
