We are looking for motivated MFAs for the area of intensive care, with passion and empathy to help our patient: stand by and join a supportive, dedicated team! Stations organisation: You support the team in patient reception, supervise visitor management and ensure smooth administrative handling at the station. Administrative coordination: You take over administrative station management and coordinate organizational processes efficiently. Beds management: You prepare nurses and organize beds for the laying of patients: inside the clinic. Hygiene management: You are responsible for the professional processing of equipment and accessories according to hygiene plan. Telephone service and material logistics: You take over the telephone service, take care of the ordering and distribution of material as well as medicines, lead messengers to laboratory, pathology or pharmacy.

You have a training for the medical specialist or medical assistant. You ideally bring first professional experience in a practice or clinic. You have knowledge of popular MS Office products. You were able to gain first professional experience in office organization. You like to take part in training courses.
